  • We understood the exterior renovations, so I won't address that mess; however, the room was filthy and had a hole in the wall, the previous guests' toothpaste spit was on the faucet, none of guest services or wake-up call buttons worked (and no one answered the front desk to place a wake-up call), the carpet was dirty, the bed had a dip in it and the sidewalks interior to the property (it is a MOTEL, not a HOTEL) were covered in grime, old bubble gum, spilled drinks, etc. 2011-08-28 - hotels.com
