  • 1- starting off we were asked if we wanted an upgrade, come to find out it was a downgrade(lied) 2-agent barely spoke English and put a $100 hold on two cards after I specifically asked not to use the first one(said she wanted it for verification) 3-after all that, the elevator broke and the ATM was down and so then when my account went negative after the 100 hold, I had to get the manager to personally refund my money(took an hour I would have spent with my kids). 2012-09-16 - hotels.com

  • Wi-Fi is only free in the lobby/link area but you are charged for it in your room (outrageous for a so-called 4 star hotel) I firmly believe that the only reason this hotel gets a 4 star is because it is right on the beach, however, the beach was also disgustingly filthy with people's food wrappers and countless cigarette butts everywhere. 2012-09-09 - hotels.com
