a long story short, i had to speak with manager , over the phone whille my kids waited to sleep in a bed after a 6 hour drive ok finally in the room, DVD player didnt work, couldn't make outgoing local calls, WIFI didn't work which was needed to plan our day, elevators and hallways were filthy and hadn't been vaccumed also, furniture inside room was stained.. 2012-08-09 - hotels.com
