As we were driving down to LA for our vacation,  I recieved a call from the hotel saying the room we booked which was the 2 room family suite was not available so they were going to give us 2 seperate rooms for the first night we were there since they were booked. 2009-07-28 - yelp.com

They negotiated with us due to the inconvenience, we moved to the family suite our second day there once the room became available, the room was being cleaned for us, but as it was supposed to be cleaned we did notice that the house cleaning was eating their lunch in our room which was odd. 2009-07-28 - yelp.com
