I complained about the cleanliness or lack thereof and asked them to vacuum the drapes since I use oxygen at night and don't appreciate breathing in all that dust and not only didn't they vacuum off the drapes, they made the bed and then didn't replace any of the dirty towels on the floor. 2012-08-18 - hotels.com
