Buena, una situación desagradable, al retirarme el día 23, deje una charola de sodas cherry coke, y procedí ha llamar al hotel a las 5:00 pm aproximadamente, y me contesto una persona de habla inglesa, y de manera grosera me dijo que las tiro a la basura, situación que no se me hizo correcta, ya que era algo nuevo, sin usar, además que yo veo que las recamare ras devuelven todo a la recepción, ó sea lo que se encuentran, y eso me consta, la verdad no estoy dispuesto a perder esa mercancía, no por el valor sino por la acción! 2012-09-25 - hotels.com
