the location is excellent right next to Opry Mills, the receptionist was very helpful I showed up with a tired crying toddler and he help us very quick and took care of us very pleased with the service, the room was clean, good breakfast, my only complain is that the refrigerator was very loud and there were noises coming from the roof but in general very good hotel. 2012-10-11 - hotels.com
