the size of the room and layout were not the greatest with the large coloumn located to close to the bed that you almost had to be stepping over the corner of the bed rather than walk round it. 2012-11-28 - laterooms.com

Receptionist told my Fiancée (in a condescending tone) that she would require Photo ID to book a room and was generally a bit off-hand - I think the receptionist had made an assumption that we were not resident in the hotel. 2012-11-09 - hotels.com
Rooms were disappointing; first room allocated was a very bland and cold disabled room on the second floor, we were promptly move to an other room located on the fifth floor although not a smoking room the room had a stale smoke smell as did the corridor could not be bothered complaining again, on the plus side the staff were all very friendly and helpful, food was of a very high standard although they did not have our first choice of wine, breakfast was very good and served up until 12 noon all in all we enjoyed our stay but if returning would be quite particular about the room required. 2012-10-01 - laterooms.com
