When we complained about the housekeeping we were told that because we were a family staying more than 2 days our room would not be cleaned until after we left (we were there for 6 days) The only thing that ever got done was we were provided with clean towels daily and our garbage was emptied-nothing else. 2012-09-02 - hotels.com
